We are very pleased to announce the partnership with tour operator Corendon. Since 2005, Corendon has its own airline which transports more than 2.5 million passengers from 28 countries to 143 airports every year. Home base for the airline is Antalya in Turkey, with code CAI. In 2011, a Dutch subsidiary was added: Corendon Dutch Airlines (CND). The first flight took place on that most Dutch of all days – April 30 (Queen’s Day at the time).
The airline owns 16 airplanes, most of them Boeing 737-800. This aircraft has 189 comfortable chairs on board.
Corendon announced a new route during the Vakantiebeurs tourism fair, held in Utrecht between the 9th and 13th of January. From November this year, the company will offer two weekly flights to the capital of Rio Grande do Norte, Natal.
With the new frequency, the flights are expected to carry 360 passengers per week, with tourists expected to move more than $50 million in the Natal economy during the first six months of the operation.
