- DUTCHAM, or “Dutch Brazilian Chamber of Commerce”, is a non-profit Association in accordance to Brazilian laws and registered in the Brazilian Register of Legal Entities under number CNPJ 61.786.638/0001-94, founded in 1952, with the objective to promote and assist trade and investments between Brazil and The Netherlands.Dutcham already has a considerable amount of members in both countries.
- BRADUTCH, or “the Dutch Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in The Netherlands”, is a Foundation in accordance to Dutch laws, registered in the Chamber of Commerce in The Netherlands with number 632149732, founded in 2015, with the objective to strenghten the economic and cultural exchange between Brazil and The Netherlandsand vice-versa.In view of the differences and similarities of their mutual characteristics, both parties, albeit co-existing as separate entities, seek to cooperate and to make their capabilities complementary.
To achieve such goals, parties agree to implement a partnership, whereby BRADUTCH will act as representative office for DUTCHAM in The Netherlands, and DUTCHAM will act as repre- sentative office for BRADUTCH in Brazil.
Together, DUTCHAM and BRADUTCH will be active on both sides of the Ocean, forming a true bilateral organization that will cater for
- Assistance to entrepreneurial interests
- The realization of networking events, including Technical Seminars and “BusinessBorrels”,
- The organization and guidance of Trade-Missions,
- The realization of a “Sustainability Awards” competition,
- Editorials for internal and external media,
- Support in initiatives by third parties, and
- Much, much more.
